I bought my first camera in 2008 and just like any other photographers, I fell in love with it quite instantly. I don't think anyone have difficulties in falling in love with photography. Freezing moments and ability to revisit those moments has been a human desire ever since human existed. It is a dark irony that we carry in our genetics: we have to go forward, but we can only do so by carrying the memory of the past and being able to visually see those memories. Without them, we are no one with no purpose.
For me personally, taking pictures has been great. However, "making" the pictures to speak for it self is a totally different subject and represent different challenge. Capturing those moments where human emotions are strong and involving my self in the pictures I'm making has been a key lesson I learned over these short years to produce images that can strike the audience. I don't really believe there is an objectivity in photojournalism as the photorjournalists are always required to be deeply involved in the subject they are documenting. Subjectivity always has been and will always be an anchor of each photo that speaks for it self. At least that is how it works for me...
